Who better to bring to life the hilariously revealing book Adventures of a Hollywood Secretary than reality TV producer Craig Piligian. As his first step into feature films, he’s chosen a fantastic project, by optioning this Cari Beauchamp book about Sam Goldwyn's longtime secretary during the 1920s. Can you imagine the saucy stories? Oh yeah…

Piligian was the guy who executive produced the first three seasons of Survivor, so he’s well adapt at handling touchy and scandalous material. His company Pilgrim Films and Television has also been responsible for such shows as American Chopper, American Hot Rod, Ghosthunters, The Ultimate Fighter and Dirty Jobs, as well as the two upcoming gems Hazard Pay and Bounty Girls. Trash at its finest, peeps!

Back to his big break into movies… using his own cash to option the book, he will have a screenwriter draft up this story about a woman who observed THE movie mogul of our times, at the peak of his powers. The book, published last year, contains actual letters written to a friend by Valeria Belletti (the secretary), providing us with inside perspective into Goldwyn's power and the overall sins & seductions of the film industry. Belletti has a good tale to tell herself, having dated many actors including Gary Cooper.

No word yet on when this scandalously informing film about old Hollywood is due out, but we’ll keep our ears to the ground… Should be a fun film, with a touch of trash reality!
